The local community building is not merely an institution, but the primary center of Jewish life in Pécs. It hosts religious services as well as identity-strengthening and community-building programs, including lectures, senior gatherings, and book club events.
Given the high number of elderly participants, accessibility improvements and the installation of a four-person elevator are urgently required to ensure safe and inclusive participation for all members of the community.
