This project aims to digitalize staff administrative processes through the implementation of the NexonTime and NexonPort systems. Digital time tracking and leave management will provide greater transparency regarding faculty workload, while reducing errors and administrative disputes.
The introduction of a self-service portal will significantly ease HR and administrative burdens, enabling teachers to manage basic data and declarations independently. This modernization will create a more efficient and sustainable operational framework for the school.
